It’s an occupational hazard of being an iPhone app developer... The iHump. Some call it a widow’s hump, others call it a dowager’s hump, I call it an iHump. It is caused by hunching over an iMac madly coding for way too many hours. It happens slowly - at first it is just a little cramp, but it can progress quickly to an unsightly disfigurement that some may wear as a badge of honour, while others see it as just bad posture.

We all need to stop and stretch every now and again. Slow down and smell the roses so to speak. Here are four simple exercises that can help you regain your youthful posture once more. Take your time, don’t rush and overall don’t exert yourself.

Be kind to yourself: Buy this app, do a few stretches and get rid of that hump.

P.s. Anyone who spends a good part of the day on a computer can also benefit from these four simple exercises. Don't be afraid, buy iHump today and get back to the 'book-on-the-head' posture of your youth.

Great start!

Please add more exercises.... The four that you have work very well with immediate results. They differ greatly from all the scoliosis exercises I've ever seen, so they definitely help with the complications I've developed from my graphic design career. It would be way better to have pics/video instead of illustrations... But I would be even happier just to learn more techniques like those in this App. My pilates, yoga, and physical therapy exercises don't reverse my poor posture at the pc like your app's exercises do, so any other tips you can share would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
